The Weakest Members

Faith Fuel - The Weakest Members
‭‭1 Corinthians‬ ‭12:21-22‬ ‭KJV‬‬ “And the eye cannot say unto the hand, I have no need of thee: nor again the head to the feet, I have no need of you. Nay, much more those members of the body, which seem to be more feeble, are necessary:”
Personally, I have lived in two extremes in the church regarding spirituality. I have been in places where I was the most spiritually mature person in the room during a time when I wasn't even serious about my spiritual walk, and I have been in places where I was surrounded by spiritually mighty people far more mature and experienced than myself. It is easy to get discouraged if you are in the latter situation. I sure was! "What can I possibly contribute to this place?" "Why would God use me when there are so many better options?" These were thoughts that ran through my head at times. And these are questions that a lot of people in the Body of Christ have. Maybe you've had them from time to time. The devil absolutely loves to make you doubt yourself, doesn't he?
I want you to pay close attention to our text today. Read it in another translation. What it says is that those in the Body that feel like nobodies are actually indispensable! They are not to be cast aside and forgotten about! Maybe that's you; maybe you feel useless to your local church from a spiritual standpoint. I want to tell you today that you aren't. We, the Body of Christ, NEED you! Go check out a previous post titled "Everyone Brings a Supply". Get these verses in your spirit!
Make this confession: "I am necessary to the Body of Christ! Even if I'm still maturing in Christ, I have something to offer!"
Bless you, and have a great week!
