Our serve team at Compass Church is called The Crew.
When you join The Crew, you are not just signing up to do some work or fill some position.
Your participation on The Crew is vitally important to helping Compass Church fulfill our mission:
to FIND it, KNOW it, LIVE it, SHARE it!
You become a minister the moment you join The Crew.
1 Corinthians talks about us all being one body and each of us having a part in it.
Every member of The Crew is equally important, from the sound board operator to the data entry person,
from the trash collector to the Cafe' manager, from the guitar player to the diaper changer.
Everyone's role is important and makes this thing called Compass Church happen each week!

Compass Crew Leaders

Michele Isbell

Once per quarter, we offer a class called Connect. It is a path to membership and/or serving on the Compass Crew. Pastor Michele will lead you through the steps of this class and help you find your place of service.

Anna Flores

After you complete our Connect Class, Anna will walk you through the process of serving at Compass Church. She will review your paperwork and help connect you to a position that works for you.
